Initial Consultation
This section allows you to schedule an appointment with us to discuss your project. Here you are invited to take some time and answer a series of questions we always ask when we first begin to work on a project. It will save us a lot of time if we know from the onset what you are trying to do. Additionally, if you want to make an appointment to talk with one of our staff in order to find out if we can do your project, then this is the contact line for you. Included in this site based e-mail is an urgency scale to help us sort out which question we work on first. *Fields highlighted in red are required. Thank you.
Your Project:
Please tell us about your project. This project concerns sound. Are you building something and wondering how to make it sound better. Or, something already exists but you hope to improve the way it sounds. Tell us about your project and about the result you are trying to achieve.
Personnel:
It is helpful for us to know about your relationship to the project. Will you be the only listener, or will it be a group? Explain how you fit into the project.
time Pressure:
Sometimes, a person is just wondering about things, what might be possible, how other people do something. Others may be in a rush. Describe the pace of your project, its time lines and where we fit in.
Physical:
Please explain the physical condition of the project. It might be a room with a high vaulted ceiling or a basement with a low ceiling. Most sound projects involve some sort of physical space. Describe the space, include dimensions, speakers and equipment.
Product:
As you look through the web site you may have noticed certain products that seem to fit into your project. Be sure to identify which products have attracted your attention and explain why you think they might be a good fit.
Practical:
You are contacting us about helping you with your project or particular situation. Oftentimes, this involves a problem that has existed for quite some time. Please describe the problem, and other solutions you may have already tried, or are considering taking, to remedy this. (i.e., changing speaker positions, building sound barriers, installing foam, etc...)
